Sales & invoices
Record sales, invoice collectors, and get paid.
The Sales section records what sold, invoices the buyer, and tracks the money until it's settled.
Recording a sale
A sale captures the works, the buyer, and the price at the moment of the transaction — the record stays fixed even if you later change the work's listed price.
Invoicing
Issue an invoice from a sale and share it as a link: the collector sees a branded invoice page (optionally protected with a passphrase) and, once your gallery has connected payments, can pay by card right there. The invoice reconciles automatically when payment settles; payments made outside the platform (wire, check) can be recorded manually. Every invoice can be downloaded as a PDF carrying your gallery's branding.
Consigned works
When a consigned work sells, the amount owed to the consignor is calculated from the consignment terms and recorded automatically as a payable, so what you owe artists and consignors is always current — see it in Reports.
Accounting
Connect QuickBooks Online in the QuickBooks section to push invoices, payments, and payables into your books automatically.
