Importing your inventory
Bring your existing records in from a CSV export — safely and resumably.
You don't start from an empty gallery: the importer brings your existing inventory in from a CSV export of your current system.
How it works
Upload the CSV and the wizard walks you through matching its columns to Gallery Platform fields. Exports from Artlogic, Arternal, ArtCloud, and Artwork Archive are recognized automatically; for anything else, the platform suggests a column mapping you can adjust before committing.
Imports are staged and resumable — you review before anything is written — and safe to re-run: rows carry their source identity, so a re-import updates the works it has seen before instead of creating duplicates.
Getting data out
Your data stays yours. You can export a contact's data from their page, and a full export of your account's data is available from account settings.
