The Contacts section is your CRM: the people and institutions your gallery works with, each with a timeline of everything that's happened with them.

The contact record

A contact carries names, addresses, and details like an assignee (who on your team owns the relationship) and a lead status. Notes and interactions you log — calls, visits, conversations — join the timeline alongside what the platform logs automatically: offers you've sent them, their replies, and email engagement.

Pipelines and follow-ups

Track active conversations as deals on a pipeline board, moving them through stages as they progress. Follow-ups keep the next action visible so relationships don't go quiet by accident.

Where the timeline comes from

You don't have to log everything by hand. With your mailbox connected, replies to your offers are matched to the contact automatically, and inbound mail from known contacts lands on their timeline. Engagement with your viewing rooms and offer emails (opens, clicks, visits) is recorded against the contact as well.
