The Lists section is where you curate: a list is any set of works — a fair presentation, an artist focus, works for a specific collector — that you can then share as an online viewing room or export as a PDF.
Building a list
Create a list, add works, and order them. Give the list a cover image and a description if it will be shared.
Sharing as a viewing room
Every list can be shared as an online viewing room with its own link and a visibility setting — public, unlisted (anyone with the link), or private. Per room, you choose whether to show prices, statuses, and locations, so the same list can be a priced offering for one audience and a clean presentation for another. Visits and engagement are tracked and, where the visitor is known, recorded against the contact.
On the Pro and Enterprise plans, rooms can be served from your own domain.
