Reports
Seventeen ready-made views over your inventory, sales, engagement, and tax exposure.
Reports opens on a live summary of your inventory — total works, available, under offer, sold — with your inventory value broken down by currency and a note of how many works carry no price. Below that sits the catalogue.
There's nothing to run or queue. Open a report and it renders.
Any report you use often can be pinned to your sidebar from its card, so it's one click away.
What's in the catalogue
Inventory and consignment
- Artworks on consignment — what you hold on consignment, from whom, and on what terms.
- Insurance schedule — a valued schedule of works for your insurer.
Sales and money
- Top sales & transactions — your largest sales.
- Artist by revenue — which artists have earned the most.
- Margin by artist — what you actually made, not just what you sold.
- Unpaid invoices — what's outstanding.
- Consignor statement — what each consignor is owed. You can drill into a single payee and settle from there.
- Sales dashboard — sales over time, with monthly, weekly, or daily granularity.
- Pipeline report — deals in progress.
- Team performance — sales by member. This one lets you choose columns and save the arrangement as a view you can come back to.
Collectors and engagement
- Collector insights — who buys, and what.
- Offer engagement — how collectors are responding to offers.
- Room visits — traffic through your viewing rooms.
- Engagement — the touch-point feed across contacts.
- Visitor traffic — footfall, where you have sensors paired.
Tax
- Economic nexus — where your sales are approaching a tax registration threshold.
- Tax by jurisdiction — sales broken out by tax jurisdiction.
The two tax reports are the ones with a date control: switch between calendar year and a rolling twelve months, and pick the year.
Getting a report out
Three reports produce a PDF: the insurance schedule, the consignments report, and an individual consignor statement. The download link is short-lived, so save the file rather than keeping the link.
The other reports are read on screen. There's no CSV export from this section — to get raw data out, use the export tools instead.
Who can see reports
Reports sit behind the revenue permission. A member whose role doesn't include revenue — a logistics handler, for instance — won't see the section at all.
