Gallery Platform Help

The Assistant

Manage the gallery in natural language; get briefings; search everything you know.

The Assistant tab is a conversational way to run your gallery: ask questions, make changes, and find things in plain language. It's also reachable anywhere in the app from the command palette (Cmd-K).

What it can do

Search and update artworks, contacts, offers, and more — "mark the Reyes triptych as sold", "list available photography under 50cm", "draft an offer of these three works for Ana". It acts with your permissions only, and asks for explicit confirmation before anything destructive.

Briefings

The Briefings section gives each member a morning briefing and an end-of-day wrap, in your gallery's local time: what happened, what needs attention, and proposed follow-ups you can accept or dismiss.

The knowledge base

On plans with the knowledge base, the assistant can search across your gallery's content and your own connected mailbox in one question — "what did this collector last ask about, and what do we have like it?" Gallery content is visible to all members; your mailbox is only ever searchable by you. Manage indexing from the gallery's knowledge settings.

Ask for works that look like another work — similarity search runs on the artwork images themselves, and inventory search understands visual queries ("dark seascapes, large format").
