Voice notes
Recordings captured on the watch, transcribed and turned into follow-ups.
Notes is not a notepad. It's where the recordings you capture on the watch land once they've been transcribed — each one with a summary and a list of suggested follow-ups.
You can't type a note here. Notes arrive from capture; this section is where you read them and act on them.
What a note contains
Open a note and you get three things: a short summary, the full transcript, and any follow-ups the assistant pulled out of what you said — "add this collector", "mark that work reserved".
While a recording is still being handled you'll see it marked as recording or processing. It becomes readable once transcription finishes.
Acting on follow-ups
Each follow-up is a suggestion, not something already done. Every one shows what it would do and what in the recording prompted it.
Confirm carries it out for real — the contact is created, the work is updated. Dismiss clears it away and changes nothing. Nothing in a note touches your gallery records until you confirm it.
Keeping the list clear
The list separates notes you're still working through from ones you've finished. Mark a note finished when you're done with it, and it moves out of the way. You can delete a note outright, which removes its follow-ups too.
Who can see your notes
Only you. Notes are private to the member who recorded them — not shared with the rest of the gallery, even for owners. If a note needs to become something the team can see, confirm the follow-up that turns it into a contact, a work update, or a task.
